MIPIM 2025, held from March 11 to 14 in Cannes, France, is one of the world's largest real estate conferences. The annual event attracts over 20,000 delegates from more than 90 countries, including investors managing assets totaling approximately €4 trillion. The conference features more than 300 exhibition stands, providing a platform for cities, local authorities, developers, and service providers to showcase projects and discuss urban development strategies.

The organization of the national pavilion by Enterprise Greece was a strategic initiative, underscoring Greece’s commitment to redefining real estate with a focus on sustainability, innovation, and emerging investment opportunities. Under the theme “Real Estate – Re-defined”, the Greek presence at MIPIM 2025 showcased the country’s evolving real estate sector, highlighting urban regeneration projects, luxury tourism developments, and mixed-use investments that align with international investor priorities.
