Elias Makris is Partner and Head of Development at Lidis Property Partners.

He is a member of the firm’s Management Committee, Investment Committee and Real Estate Committee.
Since joining Lidis Property Partners in 2019, Mr. Makris has served in a broad range of roles including Property Management, Construction Management, Development Management and Real Estate Acquisitions.

Mr. Makris focuses on driving performance and growth for Lidis Property Partners Real Estate Development business and has played a leadership role in establishing the firm in Athens. He is known for his value-add property asset management skills, ability to deliver solutions and enhance asset performance.

Mr. Makris before joining Lidis Property Partners, worked at Viking Cruises Switzerland in Europe. He attended the Hotel Management and Economics Degree at the LeMonde Institute
